Motivation to learn

Motivation to learn each person, each other, may not be the same. Usually, it depends on what people want is concerned. For example, a child willing to learn and pursue the first rank because lured to buy a bike by his parents.
As another example, a student has a high motivation to learn in order to graduate cum laude. After that, he aims to get a great job with the goal of happy parents.
Anything, really, the factors that distinguish a person's motivation to learn with others?
Some of the factors below is a bit much to explain why there is a difference in self-motivation to learn each person, including:
+ Physiological differences (physiological needs), such as hunger, thirst, and sexual desire
+ Differences sense of security (safety needs), both mentally, physically, and intellectually
+ Differences love or affection (love needs) who received
+ The difference of self-esteem (self-esteem needs). Examples of prestige to own a car or a luxury home, office, and others.
+ The difference of self-actualization (self-actualization), the availability of opportunities for someone to develop the potential contained within himself so that turned into a real capability.

Stimulus motivation to learn
There are two factors that make a person be motivated to learn, namely:
+ First, the motivation comes from internal factors. Motivation is formed by self-consciousness of understanding how important it is to learn to develop themselves and equipped to live the life.
+ Second, the motivation to learn from external factors, which can be a stimulus from another person, or the surrounding environment that can affect the psychology of the person concerned.

Tips on increasing motivation to learn:
Motivation to learn will not be formed if the person does not have the desire, aspiration, or realize the benefits of learning for themselves. Therefore, it takes a certain conditioning, to ourselves or anyone else who wants to learn to be motivated spirit.
Come, follow these tips to increase the motivation of our study:
1. Mix with people who love to learn
Associating with people who enjoy learning and achievement, will make us even eager to learn. In addition, try to find people or communities that have a good habit to learn.
Ask about the experience in a variety of places to people who have or are continuing their education to higher education, those who received scholarships to study abroad, or people who received awards for a presrasi.
Habits and their enthusiasm will be contagious to us. Like the analogy of people who make friends with artisan blacksmith or a perfume seller. If we associate with artisan blacksmiths, then we also splattered the smell of burnt metal, and if you mix with the perfume seller, we would have splashed scent of perfume.

2. Learn anything
Understanding studied here are widely understood, both formal and nonformal. We can learn about the various skills such as assembling computers, learning to write, make movies, sailed entrepreneurship, and others.

3. Learning from the internet

4. Associate with people who are optimistic and always think positive

5. Find a motivator
Occasionally, someone takes someone else as a pacemaker or a mentor in life. For example: a friend, boyfriend, or spouse. You can do the same with finding a person / community that can help motivate you mengarahakan or learning and achievement.
